Iguana Island

Tossing about on an infinite ocean.
I ride my dreamboat, through the endless motion.
Through black water current, that could rip out your spine,
it finally subsided as I reached the shoreline.

I attended a party by an unknown host.
When it was over, I walked back down to the coast.
The tropical moon was swollen and blue,
ten thousand iguanas basked in the dew.

They ranged from three inches to seventy feet.
I walked there amongst them, they did not retreat.
I turned and I asked "What is that glow?".
"Phosphorescent Lizards, just down the row".
